Growing up imbibing the essence of the Bhagwad Gita taught to me by my grandmother, I never imagined, would plant a seed for search of self-realisation deep in my consciousness. Since an early age I had started asking questions about the existence of soul separate from the physical human form. This curiosity and spiritual calling would not be addressed until much later. How I finally started walking the path of yoga is a very interesting story and one which you should ask me yourself when you see me at one of my classes. It's one of my many travel stories that I am always excited to share.
I have been a dedicated yoga practitioner with a strong personal practice of 12 years and teaching experience of 6. I have completed my instructor certification from Kaivalyadham Ashram where I was first introduced to various scriptures and philosophy of yoga. As my practice deepened I went on to pursuing the RYT 200 certification with yoga alliance USA & UK from Asan yoga school. I teach various forms of yoga namely Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin yoga with various kriyas, pranayama and meditation techniques.
Yoga, for me, is a lifestyle and the one that I have adapted with all my heart and this experience of well being, joy and peace found through yoga is the one that I would like to share with you all.
